Did you change the name? I tested it out on my profile to make sure it worked and it did.

Or, if you are using Internet Explorer it probably won't let you and you will have to use a different browser.

Don't change the name. If you're uploading it on PB make sure it isn't randomizing the name and adding extra letters at the end.

resave it from my post if you need to, and leave the name the same. I checked it on my profile to make sure it was right so it will work with the one I put on it. Then, like the other person said, make sure pb isn't randomizing the name and adding stuff to it and it should work.

Okay sorry for so many questions & all i feel like a stupid as- but, everytime i put the layout on the font color turns white but when i change it to black the layout disappears..

try changing the font color and then adding the layout?

I've never had that problem before
