Quoting Chroma Hex [+1]:" I'm definitely watching this. I don't see why people have to be so hateful to people that need help. ... [snip!] ... need help. Most of the time I notice it comes from them resenting the fact that they "have" to work. I wish I could work. =[ "
Quoting Rydicule91:" Smurf I'm on it!! Until I'm done with school and making enough money to afford some damn food with how ... [snip!] ... the earth. It's ridiculous that someone says we have to pay for something that is our born right to have in order to survive. "What in the.............

Quoting ♡Sarah♡ + 2:" I hope those that voted they look down never need help"
Quoting Just Ames:" I disagree with people using it when: A. They truly don't need it (i.e. fraud) B. They are a SAHM (or ... [snip!] ... home. But if you can't afford to, you can't afford to. You should never depend on assistance. It should be used temporarily."
Quoting Buffy♥:" Then grow your own garden. The food you buy have been processed and everything. That's what you're paying for. And how hard it is to get."
Quoting Buffy♥:" I'm a SAHM and we're about to apply for the first time ever. If I worked, everything I make would go towards day care."
Quoting Just Ames:" Way to be dramatic. "
Quoting Nicole Mclovin:" I don't look down on people. But the person in line today at the grocery store used like 400 dollars ... [snip!] ... because I had to use my last hundred dollars to buy my grocerys. But I don't look down on people who use them in the right way"
Quoting Rhiannon Deason:" Do you know how much daycare costs? DH is a medical student, so he can't work since he is in school ... [snip!] ... the food stamps, especially since it covers DS's reflux formula, and I can't use WIC since they don't contract our brand. "LOL Do "I" know how much it costs? Yeah, actually I do. I will be paying $1,200 a month when baby #2 is here. I could easily quit work to save some money but I'd never do that knowing I'd be quitting to rely on assistance or even give up the lifestyle my family is used to having.
