Okay so starting next week i am going on a diet, i would start this weekend but we are going out of town so thats gonna make it difficult. I've already cut down on what ive been eating and started eating healthier, less soda (starting next week no soda), lots of water, no more sugary cereals, less snacking through the day, and staying more active.
Any tips any of you mamas would like to share with me?
i'll be 6 weeks pp tomorrow.
