thanks for all the answers. I am going to use the foam rollers to without product. And only occasionally. I think someone needs to make hair products for babies lol.  

It isn't exactly "curls" but my daughter has straight hair too, and I'll put a bunch of braids in her hair and she'll sleep in them. It gives her "80s hair"
