I have nothing against a women choosing abortion in cases like this but give some more support then "get an abortion" I know they don't have to but this girl is already feeling pretty low.

It's not talking against someone... it's being polite. I too suggested adoption as did a few women, but we did it with tact, not being rude or judgmental. It's a protected forum and people need to respect OP and her situation.

your baby is going to pay for your addiction. I'd say Abortion is the best chance for anyone to be happy.

I would speak to a doctor ASAP to figure out what the chances of the babies being healthy are.. You need to think of that first and foremost.
If you can remain clean for the duration of the pregnancy, maybe adoption would be a good option for you?
I think this conversation would be best had with a medical health professional. I think withdrawal is dangerous enough for anyone, especially off heroin, let alone someone pregnant with twins.
A doctor may tell you it's not even plausible. I don't know, but I think a doctor is who you should really discuss this with.

Look into counseling if you can and absolutely stay clean and sober.

If you're still using and you decide to keep the babies, you will have to get on methadone because withdrawing from opiates while pregnant can make you miscarry.
Don't feel guilty if you do choose abortion though. They're not babies yet, just cells.

I kinda agree with you her^^^^Abortion isnt you only option. I would kill to have my Jellybean back(Natural MC). There is always adoption if you stay clean
