It doesnt seem fair to me to bring children into this situation. If it were me, I'd abort. You need to make the decision though, nobody can tell you what to do with your body.

But that is completely up to you and no one else

Are you still having the urge to get high? Rehab doesn't fix you. If you can't have a healthy pregnancy, if you don't have financial and emotional support, then I don't personally see a reason for you to kill yourself trying to have those children.

Honestly, I'd abort. But that's completely up to you, hun. You really need to get your life together and get away from all of the things that you're used to if you want to see a real, permanent change.

That's a tough decision, honestly if I were in your case I would probably give them up for adoption. If you keep them, make sure you get your life together and prepare for a very tough road ahead. I wish you all the best.

And she'd have to have a viable, healthy pregnancy to get to that point, which would be hard in her current condition...

Personally IMO I would say abortion/adoption leaning more towards abortion... only because you are not in the position to take care of the babies. Honestly if you cannot stay clean or find somewhere to stay than the babies will be taken from you... You have to be able to provide shelter, food, and be able to take them to doctors visits etc etc.

have to make sure you can stay clean for the entire 9 months and eat healthy and everything. Especially when it comes to twins who are often born premature, they are going to need a body that is going to care for them during the pregnancy.
