I am such a dork, but how cute!

So yesterday we got our diaper cover! Oh and snappi's. I think they are so cute can't wait till summer when he can just wear the covers!   My husband wanted black and red but we got there and he is like two black, one red, one blue, one green and OMG PENGUINS! I looked at him like really penguins? Yep he loves that one! Oh well but we got them and we spent an hour looking around at the store and chatting with the owner about baby wearing, cloth diapering and all the other natural products they have there. 

Rumparooz?? Do you have any prefolds yet? The cloth-eez or GMD are awesome.

No I looked at those, we got sweet pee (new brand). I do have 70 prefolds. They had 10 different brands at the store and we picked this one. We wanted ones that were one size so it is 5-35lbs. But this is my first time with cloth so I am excited.

No my over prepared HUSBAND did! LOL He doesn't want any leaks I guess! It is his first. But there was a store going out of business so ge bought them all 70 for $40 dollars! How do you like your sweet pee? I couldn't find reviews on it, but I loved the look and feel better than others.

Omg...yea you definitely wont need that many. Bubs isn't due till feb so I haven't used it yet. I've got 4 covers and a package of prefolds. The rest of my stash is pocket diapers. Which will be much easier for SO. Plus getting them through a co-op on FB so they are beyond uber cheap.

Yeah a couple people tried to get me to do the co-op. I wasn't against but I had my purchase already planned out. Plus I wanted to feel them and compare in person. So I went to the store.

Aww your due exactly a year after I was with my son!

I tried cloth diapering and it just didnt work for us. With no washer/dryer and a teeny apartment to begin with, the odds were against us.

Luckily this is my 4th (first with my new husband) so I think I know what I am getting into. well maybe :/ Anyways we have a washer and dryer and my husband is very big on laundry so he wants to wash them. But he also is making a sprayer adapter for our toilet so we can spray wash right into the toilet (solids) before soaking and washing. He is seriously creative. He bought me a mini fridge for the babys room to put his bottles in and to store the breast milk seperate from everything else. Makes it easy to find!!!! Put a shelf in that holds a bottle warmer, bottles and accessories for pump and everything. He wants it to be easy. That makes things SO easy.
