I get like that when my blood sugar is too low, or drops quickly after eating something sugary. It sucks.

When I start feeling like that I drink some apple or orange juice(providing that the OJ doesn't give you heartburn) some times a small snack like a banana or crackers and cheese help too...I know its probably hard but sit down and put your feet up for a bit, after fifteen or twenty minutes you'll feel much better...Oh and WATER WATER WATER! drink as much as you can stand, I have been drinking about a gallon (or more) a day helps a bunch

It has nothing to do with your glucose test. Every human being has a blood sugar drop after eating something sugary. It spikes after you eat, say, a chocolate chip granola bar.. then instead of gradually coming down, it drops drastically. Causing the feeling of weakness, light headed-ness, etc etc. It also happens when you eat first thing in the morning, after having gone 8+ hours not eating *anything*. It will spike, then (depending on what exactly you've eaten) will plummet instead of coming down gradually.

The glucose test is something completely different. Most people that fail the test and are diagnosed with GD, don't have any symptoms of it.

That doesn't mean your blood sugar can't drop. It happens to me all the time and my first glucose test was perfect. It happens and it's normal. Just eat something

Also, what I have found is the best way to avoid this, is to eat a protein. So this morning, DH made me pancakes and bacon. One pancake with syrup and a few pieces of bacon. Keeps it from plummeting, kwim?

Maybe its because I waited till 10:30 to eat something and havent had food since yesterday around 7 p.m. and then I ate basically a footlong breakfast sandwhich

I feel weak and my legs are tingly though it feels weird,,

You will be a lot worse off if you do that. Your sugar will spike, then plummet.

Eat a protein. If you're already feeling like crap, chances are you'll just have to wait for the feeling to pass. I haven't found anything that makes the feeling go away except time - just things to help prevent it from happening.

I went 4 hrs during the day without eating once and got so sick. I was shakey, sweaty, weak, and irritable lol. So lack of food can definitly make you feel icky!! And if you eat to much at once after not eating for a while can make you feel sick too. I would suggest eating frequent small meals, but if the tingiling presists I would call your doc about that I never had that problem. Good luck and hope you feel better! I am gonna go and eat right now lol

Seriously try fruit and juice, the natural sugars in it will make you feel better than candy will
