Fried Chicken?

I need a good recipe/directions please! Ive never actually made my own before  

Pinterest.

I'm simple.

Chicken - bone in w/ skin on them.
Milk
Eggs
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Garlic salt
Oil



Heat up the oil while you're prepping
I mix the milk & the eggs together
Mix the flour & seasonings together
Then I dip the chicken in the milk/egg mix
Then into the flour/seasoning mix & make sure its well coated
Then fry them..

Then when they're done I stick them on a rack to cool off a little...not paper towels bc then they get soggy IMO.

Thanks! I actually picked up boneless/skineless breasts since they were on sale so Im gonna try to make it work with that.
