Making payments with USAA debit card

WTF why is it not working online, is there a trick????
I even tried DH's


My card is activated, it works at the store.

Are you entering all of the card information in correctly? There's no trick, you use it like you would any other card online. If its still not working, your best bet is to call customer service.

Yes, I have re entered it a few times to make sure it was not user error.

  I hate calling USAA also. They always try to sucker you into buying some type of insurance.
