Period cramps 40+6

I have period type cramps there dull then get strong then die off to dull again, and i kept feeling i need to go toilet for my other end lol.
What does this mean?
Just got abit of pain in my back while typing this.

sounds like laborrrrr! good luck! I kept getting in and out of the tub a lot lol.

well i was 5 days over not dialated or effaced baby was still high they said i could go another week...had the NTS they said come back in 2 days the next morning at 3 am labor started went to the dr they said no u are not in labor ...u are not dialted and or effaced went home in CONSTANT pain .. went to the hosp.. they said no u are not in labor not dialted etc... BUT on the monitor they could see i was having contractions alot so i walked for an hour it was the longest hardest walk of my life i went back in and i was 4 CM   GL

Sounds like labor to me. Congrats  

oh gosh asif, well i hope this is it for me im fed up of being pregnant now   can the move into your back for abit?
sorry this is my first time i dont want to look like im asking so many silly questions lol.

Sounds like early parts of labor

I would start timing them!! Sounds to me like you are in labour. Yes depending on the position of your baby you can have contractions in your back. Usually if the baby is facing your front...although not always...My DD was sunny side up and I had no back labour. Congrats and Good luck!

Just dont wait around and see if your water is going to break or not. i did until the contractions made me say "holy hell!" lol. i was 5cms dilated by the time i got to the hospital.  

Thanks   its weird they just stay in my front for abit, then no pain in front and the pain goes to the back..

i hope this is really it,i have no tightening at the moment though so i really dont want to get my hopes up  

And my bum keeps doing that bubbly feeling like right before you have the runs most of the time when the pain gets stronger? lol

I had no clue I was in labour for the longest time...until I started really timing them....didnt even call my DH until they were 3 min apart even then I was telling him he probably didnt need to rush home LOL. Like you I didnt want to get my hopes up. I was convinced that the contractions would stop. BUT they didnt and I was already 6 cm when I went in!!

ohh gosh i better really keep an eye on these then lol, i just dont want them to go away   ill time them soon, see if they get more painful first
