obama looked like a fool. guess that vegas golf resort wasn't conducive to his preparations.

I figured he had a major problem last night when Bill Maher even said that Obama needs a telepromptor.

Lol ok, blame it on the liberal speaker. Of course we ALL know how debates are supposed to go. But this is politics. Do you honestly think if Romney had gone first, he would have let Obama get the last word on each topic?
I dunno...it just gets me that people think Romney did so well, when they were both clearly going around questions and exaggerating. So Romney said hes going tocreate 12 mkllion jobs, did he say how? Not being bitchy, I missed a lot of it because of whiny kids who didnt want to go to sleep. Haha They both seem to play typical roles during elections. Im going to do this, this and that...but no specifics on how theyll get it done, or it just seems too unlikely to me.

It amuses me that people are so giddy over his performance (thats all it is anyway), and think hes going to be the lesser of 2 evils.

Neither of them did really answer the questions. They seemed to agree with each other quite a bit last night.

I think people are so "gitty" because so many was expecting Obama to do so well and Romney to flop. Romney did very well last night, I already admitted I was surprised LOL.. I was expecting Obama to hammer away at him and come back with facts facts facts and didnt happen. Now with the next debate I am expecting mud slinging after last night.

I think Romney gave a few more details. he needs more, but he gave a few.
Obama certainly hasnt outlined a way to get us out of this mess.
Obama is certainly an "evil." he has proven it and should not get his contract renewed. I'll take the other guy as he has a different approach, accomplishments and can think on his feet.

Thats what I saw anyways, from what I was able to watch.

Ive seen people say Romney would be looking right at Obama when speaking, but Obama would be looking down...like that implies Obama was scared or something? Lol I noticed Romney did the same thing. i thought they were taking notes on what they would bring up later. And people bringing up Obama blinking a lot, I saw Romney blinking a lot too! Isnt that a way of telling someones lying, by body language experts? I thought Ive seen that on a talk show before... ;)

i think his head was down as he is really pissy. he cant stand Romney and hates that he has to be on stage with him and debate. he didnt want to be there. I'm positive that he will be coached to NOT do that next time.
It's fne to take a few notes, but debaters should show interest and respect for the other side.

Yep. They have body language experts and coaches. Al Gore lost his debate with Bush for yawning and looking at his watch too much.

Maybe that was certain peoples expectations, but I dont think Romney did that great. He didnt bring up any "facts" that would convince me that hes a better choice.

But Im REALLY looking forward to their next debate, because I think thats the one more people will remember since its closer to elections.

The next one they do should be a foreign policy debate. Should be really interesting to see what they both say about the ME and Israel.
