LO woke up with a nasty cough...

Yesterday he was fine but, this morning he woke up with a hacking cough. He doesn't have a fever and he's his usual self...Should I take him to the pedi...or should I just get something OTC? The office doesn't open until 10 and I'm gonna see what she thinks but, I feel like that's all she's gonna tell me to do anyway.

If he's still acting normal and no fever, I'd probably just give them something otc. and they probably will tell you that- i took DD in one time because her nose was so stuffed she couldnt eat. i had been using saline drops and suction, and her pedi said, 'yeah thats all you can really do at this point' if he gets a bad fever, thats when id take him in.

If no fever our drs say try something OTC,
they have this stuff we use its called, "cough n cold with honey"
its all natural.

Yeah, I have some Little Colds Honey Elixir for cough and sore throat, it seemed to help. So, I'm just watching for a fever. I hate how scratchy he sounds.

Thats how i was with chloe,
but then when she actually got a fever i flipped my smurf worrying.
