GOING CRAZY!

IDK what my son's deal is but it is WAY past time for his little butt to be alseep! We have been up since about 3, he has been fed 3 times, his diaper changed about 10 bc he wont stop peeing. I have rocked him, bounced him, rubbed his back, gave him a paci (and kept giving and giving) I've held him, laid him down. Swaddled him, left him uncovered. Now i'm just letting him cry it out. My husband has been helping me since 5, and is making me feel quilty for how our son is acting. He keeps saying he is sorry as he is walking out the door for work like i'm asking him to stay or something. As he was almost getting Griffin to sleep he says something to me and i pop off that i'm tired and have been dealing with this since 3, and his responce....well i've been listening to it since 3. Well good for you i'd love to just listen to it while still getting some sleep. But he works and provides for us so what else can he do? I can't ask him to get up any other time during the night and help since he has to leave for work by 6am. And it seems the cry it out method isn't working either.

how old is he hun?

He's way too young for cry it out momma. I know it's frustrating not knowing why he's crying. Do you have a second car, sometimes a car ride puts them to sleep.

I know he is, i just need him to wear down. And i don't wanna start habbits like that, bc i've been back and forth all night/morning on getting his swing or bouncy seat and putting in our room, i've put him in bed beside me, he's just now starting to doze off

Don't let him cry   maybe he has gas or colic?? Have u tried gripe water?? Jade was a hot mess when she was born, so I understand ur frustration, do u have a rocking chair, or swing??

He hasn't pooped since yesterday at like 7am. and i think that has something to do with it.

I understand you don't want to start bad habits but before they're 3-6 months old that not something you need to worry about. You need to find what works for him, it's different for all babies. It may be gas/tummy ache too. Hopefully he falls asleep now so you can get some sleep!!!

What formula do you have him on? My lo was so fussy the first week or so on SMA. It was making her really constipated, we switched to Aptimil comfort and shes been sleeping great ever since

No they aren't the same thing... Gripe water really helped me w ith Jade, I wouldn't have made it past 3 months without it... Just hang in there remember hes brand new, he dosnt know where he is, he was nice and snuggled his whole life before being born, hes getting used to his new, loud, bright, life...

No they aren't the same thing... Gripe water really helped me w ith Jade, I wouldn't have made it past 3 months without it... Just hang in there remember hes brand new, he dosnt know where he is, he was nice and snuggled his whole life before being born, hes getting used to his new, loud, bright, life...

Could be colic? Even when my daughter lets gas out all day and burps after every feeding she still gets that way. And when I lay her on my chest/hold her, she'll try grabbing and pulling herself up. Like scratching me because shes in so much pain. That and screaming/crying until she literally can't breath.. Pedia Care gas drops work super fast..  

My almost 9 week old loves when I sit on the edge of the bed & bounce on it. It's terrible that I don't remember how she was at 9 days old, when it wasn't even that long ago! Hang in there Mama!
