Skin care.

I've never had problems with acne or bad breakouts, and growing up I never really "took care" of my face like I should have. I don't have any problems right now, but would like to start taking care of it like I should. All I do now is just wash my face in the shower with regular body wash...that's it. I don't even wash my make up off at night :/ I know that's bad So, what do I need to do/buy to start treating my face with the care it deserves???

If you have a holistic store around, you should go pick up grapefruit Oil, vitamin e Oil, and frankenscense. I use those and they have made a huge improvement.

I might be as bad as u lol but I do take my makeup off with baby oil, and wash my face with dove bar soap in shower, and in morning I clean my face with alcohol and cotton balls... I never get pimples unless its right before my period... I have oily skin tho, and I wear a ton of make up lol

I have SUPER sensitive skin, but anything aveeno (has to be unsented for me) is amazing. I had Derms reccomending CeraVe and Cetaphil but it made me itch like crazy. I can't even wear makeup without my eyes itching, my face getting red, it sucks.

I LOVE proactive!!!! The only bad thing is the drying out part. I have been using it for 10 years. When i am pregnant it doesnt to as good of a job though my skin is very oily right now in my T zone.
