Monday night I made a cake for mine and DHs bday's. It's a sugar free devils food cake with banana slices between the layers and the icing is sugar free banana pudding mixed with sugar free whipped cream. I've had it in the 'fridge since I made it, but b/c it's sugar free I've really been the only one eating it...DH has had like 3 slices. there's probably half of the cake left.
How much longer do you think it will be "good" and ok to eat if I keep it in the fridge???
