Would u take your 9 month old to the ER over a 101.0 temp. she has a cold and was at the dr yesterday

No. I would give Tylenol and keep her hydrated and comfy.

No, tylenol should do the trick.

Now, if she has had a 101 temp for a while now (couple days) then, yes, I would.

I have no kids of my own, not just yet. But 101 is very high you should take her in . It is deadly , the brain can over heat especially in a infants case . God bless your babygirl. Hope she gets better soon.

101 is not very high. It's nowhere near brain damage. Don't scare the poor woman.

Once you have a kid, you will know. Don't freak her out. You go in at 104.
Which is a huge difference.

Babies tend to have higher body temps then we do. Its okay to have a 101 temp. Give tylenol and a cool bath.

100.4 for 3 months and under is ER
104-105 3 months +

OP give tylenol or motrin just push fluids.
