I am getting this sharp pain in my lower right abdomen. It isn't as bad as ovulation pains but still hurts. I had that questionable period but I am not pregnant since my sore boobs went away after the bleeding started. Has anyone felt this before? What is it? It isn't ovulation since it hasn't even been a week since my period started. It is causing cramping in my thighs too like when I get my period.
