The important thing is you and your child's well being GET OUT!!! call the cops if it's serious or just leave! make it legal nothing bad will happen to you and your child. There is hotlines and agencies for this look into it as soon as possible just keep you and your child safe that's all that matters!! If he's hitting you or hurting you mentally there is no reason for you to stay or let him see that child. You have every right to get out and deny him everything no one should be submitted to abuse of any kind! consult your family for help and call any places that look even remotely helpful or if you have a local DHS call them tell the assistant the situation and tell them it's urgent. It may not be easy getting out but it's not impossible! STAY STRONG!
