Ok this is my first baby so in have no idea what to expect as far as what contractions feel like. So...what am I going to feel? it's my due date today and I'm pretty sure I'm not going into labor tonight (well i know anything can happen) and I have a doctors appt tomorrow...apparently they are going to talk about possibly inducing me if i don't go into labor by next Wednesday which will be 41 weeks...so I want to know what to look out for. One of my doctors said "oh you'll know!" But what exactly does that mean?!?! Lol

Why 41 weeks? Contrations less than 5 minutes apart, water breaking, the urge to push but hopfully you'll be hospitalized before then. Good luck and good job m pmma :-)

well I called my doctors office yesterday to ask about what cold medicines I can take (yea i literally just got a cold! Lol) and somehow we got on that topic and they told me that they don't usually let their patients go over 41 weeks...which actually makes me feel good because when my mom was pregnant with my older sister she went 2 weeks late and my sister ended up leaking meconium because she was in there too long so my mom had to have an emergency c-section...i know that doesn't mean it'll happen to me but if they want my baby out by 41 then I'm fine with it..but of course I'm hoping to go into labor naturally before then...i guess I'm just trying to figure out what contractions are going to feel like so I know what to look for. And thank you:-) we are so excited to meet our lil man!!:-)

Ugh! I know you are super excited! Sweetie, trust ... When your body shifts and starts the labor process; nothing will feel right, I know my labor always begins with loose stools, whether I'm induced or not! Cramps, pressure, nausea is a good indictator as well!
