If he thinks you cheated..i highly doubt he will trust a home test you provided and say he's the father.... just save yourself the time,energy, money and heartache and just do what I posted earlier by contacting.the child support enforcement office. They have all the answers and are professional..he cant argue results with them....Good Luck

If its her fiance im assuming she isnt going for child support. And if he goes and buys the test at the store does the swabs himself then seals them up and mails them off himself he really has nothing to argue with does he.

If he thinks she cheated and wont take her word on it i doubt he will trust her to do a home kit. I think it would be best if they had the pros do it so there is no debate about if she tampered with the DNA test or swapped samples when he wasn't around.

Well you have a point there, if he does the test then he cant argue it ...i wasn't saying for her to put him on child support...i said they would know all the info she needs to get testing done by pros.

And say she is receiving state assistance then they can legally go after him. Not saying she is but there could be other factors.

I feel you on that but IF she was receiving any state assistance they would force and provide a DNA. In order for her to qualify and continue to receive any type of assistance DNA testing is manditory....

oh, trust me, he definitely will be there when we do the swabs and put it in the mail to get sent to a lab. lol no doubt about that. we'll be doing it on a day he's off work..so he can keep his eyes on me.

he's the one paying for it, so its fine with me. i have nothing to hide.

and im not going through child support. im staying with my fiance.
