38 weeks and SO READY!! *vent*

okay... i know that i have 2 more weeks until my due date. my last doc appt they said i was 2cm dilated and that her head was EXTREMELY low. i can honestly say that i am not "miserable" with pain or anything - i am still capable of walking a mile every day! BUT - i am having the biggest issue with patience lol.. i am just so ready to hold my baby girl. i have had tons of friends who have been pregnant the same time as me and they have ALL had their babies so i get to see pictures on my news feed all day long & IT'S KILLING ME haha! I am trying to keep myself busy, but I can only clean my house and rearrange her room so many times until there is nothing left to do! I'm also told to get as much sleep as I can before she gets here, but as soon as my head hits the pillow my mind starts to race!!! ANY ADVICE!?!?!?

My advice is to wait the 2-4 weeks left, I know its hard.

i have 2 weeks too and so past being preggo now lol. i can barely play with my 14 month old and shes being really clingy now too.

I feel the same exact way you do too girl ! problem is im only 1cm \: and not really thinning out ... sucks ...

yeah one of my best friends was due a week after me and had her baby 2 weeks ago!!!! ughhhhh hahahahaha patience is not my strong key, but i know that it's not about my timing and the longer she is in there, the healthier she becomes. i am trying to get over my selfishness!

I feel your pain!!! I'm due in 7 days, 1cm dilated, and 80% thinned and have been that way two weeks. And everyone I know constantly is bugging me. I get probably 25 texts a day ( not an exaggeration ) telling me to go for a walk or eat this or do that. But babies come when they are ready . I know it's hard to be patient but let me just tell you it doesn't get any better from here on out. The closer you get to your due date the more impatient and anxious you become   hang in there

Hang in there and just enjoy these last few weeks. I know it may not seem like it now, but you will miss being pregnant. I am 6 days PP and miss my belly so so much. I love having her here of course, but I miss being pregnant too.

I know how you feel, I got really antsy towards the end also! Good news is, he came out completely on his own at 38wks! I was also 2cm dilated at my last visit, and I delivered him that evening.So it REALLY could be any day for you

I went to the doctor today and I am almost 3cm dilated and she did a small membrane sweep. She said that she thinks she will be here by next weekend! For some reason, that gave me some peace of mind lol. I am just glad that my baby girl is healthy! Still super anxious though!

I feel your pain!! Im 38 weeks and 2 days... but sadly my cervix is completely closed and my baby hasnt even dropped. :/ but goodluck on babygirls delivery whenever she chooses to come. Lol

Im 37 weeks and 1cm dialated and im so ready my dr said he will induce me october 24th if i dont go into labor before then

I'm 39 wks tomorrow and I'm so ready. I hope I've made progress tomorrow it's also Dh bd so I thought she would come. I've got my fingers crossed.

I know how you feel!!! I'm 38w and 4d and only dilated to a 1!!! The suspense of meeting my little girl is killing me lol.... So your not alone!!
