HELP IMPLANON??

Over two weeks ago, I had a surgical termination of pregnancy and had the implanon put in straight away while I was still under..
Is there any chance I could be pregnant? I just did a hpt and it's positive! Pretty much cried a years worth of tears! I dont want to be pregnant!!
Could it be the hormones just from the last pregnancy!?
I rang the clinic.. And they said it might be but retest in a week. I can't wait that long!!
Anyone else similar?

I was told it takes 4 weeks to not get a positive on an HPT.

More then likely the hormones from the pregnancy. Implanon takes effect immediately
