Toddler undies

posted 3rd Oct
I'm curious as to what size undies your 2.5yr old toddler wears? He wears 2-3t clothing so how come his 2-3t undies are too small? I guess they run small...I'm stumped.

Just get 3t
Heathen was in between sizes for clothes, and the in between undies didn't fit her well, so I went up a size.

Where did you get her undies from? He likes breifs if that matters.

Depends on brand. My 3.5 year old is wearing smaller 2-3t underwear. Some brands are still too big for him in 2-3t.

Well, he's wearing the Disney undies from Walmart in size 2-3t. They fit OK in the butt/etc., but not in the waist. He's a SMALL toddler so I don't get it unless the undies just run small.

Walmart. When she was first trained, we got her the character ones. Now that she's pushing 4, her size 6s are too small and 8s are too big.
But at least I know she'll have them for a while.

Well, I've got a SHE, so I don't know if the penis make them fit differently. But her undies do look small, but then when I think how my underwear fit, and then I realize they're normal. My kid also has a ghetto booty, seriously, it's huge haha, but 2-3t fit a little snug. Size 4 little girls fits once I wash them (she's almost 3)

Those are the smaller sizing ones. The Marvel ones, also sold by Walmart, are bigger. The Disney ones are the ones I was talking about my son fitting. lol

I just wonder if 3t-4t would be TOO big on him. I'm wanting to stay with Disney because we've convinced him peeing on the characters makes them sad so that theroy works for us. He's about 30 pounds even and still fits in size 3 or 4 diapers so I guess the 2t-3t undies just fit smaller...

DD has the boys cars briefs from walmart   she liked them... lol. The boys underwear is thicker though than her other panties. But she is 32lbs, wears a size 5 diaper and night, and 2-3t underwear fit her okay.

The Disney 2t-3t really do just fit small.

Does he likes superheros? The Marvel ones I'm talking about are Superhero Squad...they have Cyclops...Spiderman...Ironman...the Hulk...Captain America. I'm only suggesting them again because I KNOW they're bigger than the Disney ones.

They don't have 3t-4t, just 4t. And I don't know how those might fit. My 3.5 year old is only 34 pounds and is very narrow through butt and hips, so I haven't had to size up.

Hmmmm, maybe it's just me. Lol. They look fine, just a little snug in waist. I guess we'll see if he complains anytime soon. Maybe bigger undies for Christmas or something

I'll take a look at those on Firday when I go back to work (I work at Wally).   Thanks. He does like Super Heros.

body types are different, even at 2-3 years old   We got my daughter size 4 (idk if sizes are the same for boys) and they were baggy at first, until I washed them. Maybe try that?
