Costco Eye Exam / Glasses.

Does anyone know how much a decent pair will run?
And if they accept Tri-Care?

I tried to get a referral and they basically told me to just call places..When I tried that the few places I did call in my area do not cover Tri-Care go figure.

If that's like walmart, then they have individual dr's practices and depends on the doctors. I found one that accepted healthwave here, which is like tricare. And the eye exam is covered but not the glasses. And price depends on what frame you pick and if you add scratch resistance, and stuff like that.

Well Costco is a store where you buy in bulk so not really like Wal Mart per say lol!
I have super old glasses that aren't helping my vision and were the crappiest of crappy that were the only ones my old insurance would cover.

Odd question but do all places get Prison made glasses? Because my last place did and with how cheap my insurance was they SUCKED......

MIL & BIL get their glasses from Costco, they have to pay for the exam and glasses and their insurance reimburses them. They have BCBS Anthem. I had Tri-care and no one would take it. But you can always try! They change policies all the time.

Everyone must want us Tri Care people to go blind I suppose lol.
I called everyone near me so I'm so ready to just give up....
