My smurfing phone stopped working. Just...stopped.

I mean, I suppose dropping it on a daily basis and spilling smurf on it and letting DD chew on it contributed to it's demise...but it was still unexpected  

Anyway, if you've had one of each (iphone and android) which do you prefer?

I had an Android phone. DH wants to get me an iphone...

I've only had android, but a lot of my friend prefer an iphone over an android.
I want an iPhone now because I hate my android.

i've had both... prefer the iphone. my droid's battery dies all the time, stops working.. and a bunch of other things.... my iphone NEVER did any of that.

I was close to getting an iPhone, but luckily my payment wasn't processed properly. I ended up going with the galaxy s2. I love it mainly because I already had an Android, so all my contacts and apps were stored with my Google account, so it was easy to get everything on my new phone. I didn't like how they said I'd have to buy an iTunes card before I could even use my iPhone or download even the free apps.

My phone battery is crap.

I was an android user, but only because Verizon didn't have the iPhone. I did switch to the Iphone once verizon got it. I'm a die hard apple fan, but I use a galaxy s3 now and I love it. It has its moments and quirks but its an awesome device. I love being able to customize without root or jailbreak. What ultimately sold me (because I was going to switch to an iPhone 5) was the support of simultaneous voice/ data over 3g and lte. That isn't capable on the Verizon iPhone 5. It comes in handy for road trips. I can have hotspot running and still take calls with the S3.

IDK what to do!  
I loved my Android phone...usually..
I'm so afraid of getting an iphone when I'm so used to Android. Our tablet is android. Our phones are android. .
