im not sure. how much does K weigh? catherine is 37 pounds and fit her fine. tommy is 24 pounds, he's really not that huge, he just looks beefy, hahahha. i dont think he even tried it on, but its definitely for an older toddler, not a 2 year old.

the thomas part is like a plastic piece that sticks out a few inches. its pretty cute.

im not at home, so i dont have it right here, but ill check the size and try it on catherine again. i think he might be too big though :-(
