I've been working really hard, lol. I need to drop another 30lbs or so for me to be in the normal range, so we'll see. But I'm focusing on healthy actions rather then the weight. Still, I'm proud because I worked hard for everyone of those lbs that I've lost, haha

Yep. That breaks my heart, especially when they do it as a joke but you can SEE how it kills them.

I've done it. I always make jokes about being hte ugly sister. And it's horrible but it's sort of true too, so I feel like I want to say it before anyone else can, because then I can laugh it off.

Sucks though, I hate to see others do it.

I had a friend in the states who had the PERFECT body... I mean she wasn't thin or fat, she was FIT.... perfect, perky boobs, tight butt, awesome legs... damn ...

We'd go to the mall and she would say "omg, I'm so fat! I have to buy a medium!" I'd sulk in my fatness and look at the plus sized clothing but refused to buy anything in front of her.

Bullying ANY body type is bullsmurf.

As a big woman,. I am very offended by mocking skinny women.

Seriously though. It sucks comparing yourself to others. My sister is like PERFECT. So freaking beautiful, and after she had her daughter she's talk about how fat she was, she needed to lose like 10lbs. Here I was nearly 200lbs. . . I understand that she thought SHE was fat for what SHE wanted to be, but it's really hard not to apply that to yourself. It's hard to not think "if she thinks she's fat she must think I'm the smurfing great white rhino over here."

My sister always had a curvy build as compared to mine-- I was always envious. I always told her how beautiful she was.... she's been battling anorexia and bulimia for going on 10 years now.  


This is like.... bah. This D&D is such a struggle. Because on one hand-- I always got the "too skinny" crap, but both my mom and sister have struggled their whole lives with eating disorders, and I always felt guilty that I was so small. Like, maybe if they didn't have me around, they wouldn't be so self conscious.


Ah, well. I'm blessed that I have gotten closer to my sister in the past few years. Rambling. Trying not to cry.

I get it though, it's hard on all sides. People are too critical, and we touch young girls to be too critical. Few women are truly HAPPY with how they look, no matter how much weight the lose or how great they look, they always want something more. It's sad and it breaks my heart because basically EVERY woman goes through the same freaking struggle with trying to accept how they look, and they do it no matter what they weight, or how thier body looks, or who they're around.

That actually happened to me about6 months ago. I was out powerwalking IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT! (lol, I'm weird and its hot during the day) and this really young guy comes to the edge of the road and calls me a fat bitch and s few other things. I called the cops on him and told them I was being verbally assaulted.
