I registered for this swing, but I think it is to much for someone to spend on a gift.

It is $130 bucks in stores.

I seen one at Kid to Kid for $90.00. I have a swing that I plan on taking in for store credit. Would you get it from Kid to Kid, or wait?
This is the one I have to take in.

I'd get it from Kid to kid....

Honestly, they aren't in there very long anyway. It's like the bassinet I got for LO for $120.....she was only in it for maybe 3 months before she got too big for it. I'd go with the cheapest alternative.

well, i see it as you get what you pay for. if you go cheap then you will get cheap. but, i dont think somebody will pay 130 for a gift unless it is family.

Why do you say that? I don't like the forward and back swinging motion.

I like the top one and i think it comes off to be a bouncer so i think i would spend that amount but my Daugher hates laying down i wish i would have got a different swing like the one ur going to take in so she could sit up... Oh well to late now. I have this

keep it on the registry. if someone wants to get it for you, they will. some people like to pitch in together to get big items.

She dropped it down another 20 dollars and 20%, so I got it!

It is nicer than the photo shows and I am happy with it.

I was going to say. Get the top one
I wish there was a way for you to know how big baby was going to be and how fast they were going to grow. LO used her swing until she was 2. She was only 21lbs when she turned 2 and the swing worked just fine (and I had a REALLY cheap one).
Some kids love them some hate them. Mine LOVED them. When we removed it she looked around the house for almost a week for it
She still likes to sit in my nephews bouncer

People choose the newer swing models because of the cradle and side swing motion and all the crazy features, but they only seem to be good while baby is little, meaning you spent more and you will need a second for when baby is older. That one i thought was better is cheaper and baby can grow with it. I have the Mickey Mouse one like the one on the bottom and I love it. I have learned over time that it aint always better just because you spent more money and it looks nicer. That is just from my experience with them......

Also..Notice the one on the bottom has a tray, meaning it can double as a temp. high chair if mommy and daddy's money is funny, until they can afford an actual high chair.
