What should I do

ok ladies we have a problem my baby's father wants to name the baby boy. now i think its fair to let him but as soon as he came to me with the names they startaled me alot i felt like i was making a huge mistake giving him that ability. now i know its mean to just take that away from him so i really do not know what to do. the names he coming to me with are so horrible my baby wouldnt want to write it on paper or tell anyone his name but he thinks its cute. ladies how do i handle this without hurting his fellings and beeing to mean with my opinion. Talk to me asap i need to know

Stand your ground. A name is something that is with you forever!! Don't let him name the baby something you don't like.

What is he suggesting?

I just tell my husband flat out "NO that's horrible!" or "I'll stab you in the face if you bring up that atrocity again."

But that probably doesn't work for most lol

how about you be honest with him? you two should agree on the name pick 5names you like and have him pick 5 then talk about them

There has to be SOME compromise. Tell him to pick a few more, then you give the thumbs up to his choices.

What are the names he is choosing?

he names are: brotha otha philly, Sir, jasinanson, and more i have to ask him what was the other names

im trying to ba as nice as i can because if i hurt his feelinf=gs he will shut down and wont talk to me for months

i know were working on everything im teaching him how to do things when it comes to babies but its very difficult

I have no problem telling my husband no when he thinks of a stupid name. just tell him absolutely not!
