Something is wrong with me...

I love dh. Hands down, I do love him with my whole heart.
But recently I have been having the biggest urge to cheat. I found myself one day looking at the Ashley Madison app on the Android market and sometimes I look through Missed Connections on CL seeing if anyone is looking for me.
I'd never cheat for real though... I just kind of flirt with the fantasy, if that makes sense.

I still have the desire to go out and date and be crazy.
I still see dh as the only one I want kids with. I imagine our kids all the time and our future together.
I am just struggling with the idea of being a crazy college kid while I am actually a twenty year old married woman.

I guess its just hard to get over.
And no, dh doesn't know anything about this.

do you go on dates with DH alot, or flirt with him? Maybe you just want the attention/butterfly feeling you get from meeting new guys. Idk, i'm not going through the same thing but i thought it might be helpful if you try spicing things up with DH.

We recently went through a rough patch of almost no sex. Like maybe once or twice a month. We're trying to fit it more into our schedule.

We have also recently had a few huge fights which almost caused me leave every time. More of the recent thoughts developed since then.

are you holding a grudge due to the fights? When i'm upset with my DH, or we don't have sex i used to hold a grudge for a few days. It didn't make me think or want to cheat, but it can definitely push you away from them. I would just try to start fresh with him, and forgive/forget what's happened recently. Its the only way to move forward. Again though, try going on a date with him or flirting and see if that helps. Good luck  

It could be that your relationship is just stale. You've gotten comfortable with each other and you haven't seen anything "new" from him and you miss that feeling. It's normal, especially at your age. Try to do new things with each other. Go somewhere you've never been, or if he has a hobby that you've never joined him in before, such as sports or something, do that. Go watch him play. You'll feel young again and the feeling might come back. You could go play pool with him, or go watch a horror flick. There's a ton of things to do that are cheap or free if money is an issue, like going to a museum or something.

It kind of feels like our relationship is in a standstill.
He has graduated and is now working while I am still in school and am beyond done. It was fun when we went to school together...
Now I am wishing we had a family and a house. We both want a baby and his family keeps asking us when we are. I'd probably handle it better if I was working or if he was in school.
Now he works 10 hours days and I am taking eighteen hours this semester and we don't really have time to do anything and when we do have free time, we're so tired.
 

Me and DF got into the same sorta rut after we had our DS, I came up with the idea of sending each other sexy messages through Facebook like we did before we got together. its fun if u pretend you're both someone else and play it as though you are cheating, except that noone gets hurt   really helped spice up our sex lives again! There is one rule though- neither of you can mention it in your daily lives, only in messenger

I get so embarrassed thinking of even doing that, lol!

We did that once when we dated... Maybe I should give that a try...

I just figured that's when we we're at our spiciest time, with all the build.up from the messaging when we finally got down to it, it was amazing. He was really up for it, I just sent him a message through messenger telling him the idea and whatnot and he totally went for it   its always worth a shot, good luck x
