tender tingly brest and spotting...

First of all my breast always get sore about a week or two before my menstral cycle, but this is so painful and my nipples are tender I can't even lay on my stomach or side. Any presure hurts. Well my period is due yesterday or tomorrow at the latest and yesterday I had pink when I wiped. I do have bv and I'm on antibiotics... could this be the reason?
