Quoting shes*almost*one!:" when you commit felonies you loose certain rights. for instance convicted felons loose the right to ... [snip!] ... you're so worried about decoration your house and handing out candy, you might want to think about that before you rape a kid."

So to you all "Sex Offenders" are Child Molesters? You need to read the rest of the responses more closely. A lot of things can get you on the list. Peeing in Public being one. Or how about being 17 and having a girl-friend who is 16. Many of the "sex offenders" are on the list for none violent crimes. I personally think if you have kept your noise clean for 10 years and done everything the court asked you to do plus your crime wasn't violent, you should be given a second chance. One mistake should not ruin the rest of your life.
I also believe that the laws should be the same state to state. It would get confusing having to learn the laws for every individual state you might live in.

Quoting Kelly&Coralie:" Not all sex offenders rape kids or are a threat to society."

obviously, but that's a case where i would gladly lump them together as a danger, rather than saying they're all safe. just my opinion,. and i totally agree with the no candy/ decor that some cities impose on them.

sorry sex offenders, but when you commit a crime there will be consequences... even after "time served"

But you cannot logically lump them all together.

which is why the whole system needs to be reworked
