I can't tell you how many times, growing up, I walked in on my brother or he walked in on me, simply because we weren't thinking.

I think it's a stupid law. One of my exes in high school got put on the list for peeing on the fence at his own home in the front yard.

I though it already was divided by age of the person, like if they molested a young child that's different than a teenager. Idk that's the impression I was under...

Yes that is true, but there are ALOT of irresponsible parents out there who let their kids just roam. I would never and I know many parents wouldn't.. but if their a child predator, they'll find a way to snatch a child. I agree there should be more definition to 'sex offender'; the offenses should be listed because no one that pees on the side of a road is a sex offender..and no one who streaks is.. but the sick ones out there need to be known about.

They do in terms of charges brought against them.

It should be simple to make these "laws" based on that information rather than a gross generalization.

He and his sister were adopted (though I don't know if that contributed to it or not) but I -think- she might have said something about it at school? It's been SOOO many years since it happened. But they had to do like major counseling over it and stuff.

Um yeah I do the same thing. I breastfeed my 2 and a half year old OMG. Those are your own children.
I guess if you're ok with your kids being exposed to naked strangers running around outside that's on you. It's illegal for a reason.
