So according to your posts you're saying that anyone under the age of 25 doesn't have the proper mental capacity to adequately make major decisions, am I correct thus far?

So explain why some states feel that a minor ages 13 is legally capable of consenting to sexual contact with an older individual.

Why are some juveniles tried as adults for crimes they have done? If they truly don't have the ability to comprehend the consequences of their actions, then they shouldn't be able to be tried as adults. After all it isn't their fault that their frontal lobes haven't developed enough yet for them to understand long term consequences.

A parent who is doing their job and properly educating their child(ren) about sex, or any child that has health classes should know that sex can lead to babies, therefore if you engage in sexual intercourse there is always a chance you could become pregnant. At 13 I was fully aware of that and made the decision that was best for me to NOT have sex because I wasn't ready.

So if you're going to argue that a 13/14 year old doesn't have the ability to make a decision on their own regarding sex, then I would love to hear how numerous states feel much differently despite what science says.

I'm an nrcma and I'm going for my rn, after which I will be training to be a midwife. I decided to not go through with, pre med,bc I wanted a life outside of work. Cna wipe asses, and get paid smurf. I graduated a year early and tested out of all my 101 classes. I would state my iq, but that would be bragging.

You don't even work, you are stuck in a bad relationship with a guy who cheats on you, doesn't have a job, so what is interesting is if he doesn't work, and you don't work that means you don't pay any bills. So unless you live on the streets I am going to say it is safe to assume you're living with someone else on THEIR dime.
