I've heard all kinds of horror stories about smurffing your brains out, projectile vomiting and all sorts of things lol. I'm putting thought into trying it though. the success rate is just a little smaller than the rate of pitocin. And I was vomiting and popping like crazy on pit too so it wouldn't be anything new to me or anything lol

Lol yes. With my first my water broke and was like kablam active labor. Then with dani it broke and the midwives were like "Zomg!!! Infection, go to hospital ASAP!". This time it is broken but my midwife is like Ehhhh.. whatever lol. And I'm here freaking out. I'm going to talk to her Monday about castor oil and maybe do it around 39 weeks. I want to go to Denver tomorrow lol

I guess it's just PROM, can happen to anyone, I'm sure your body will kick into gear when it's ready

I can't, tomorrow is my bro's b-day. But I heard just you & Roch were hanging out so...lol

I've done it twice, on my MW's suggestion. (With DS#1, I was 42+ weeks. With DS#2, I was a 40 week TOLAC and my membrane had been ruptured for 3 days). For me, it wasn't that bad. Yeah, I smurf my brains out and it tasted horrible, but it kicked me into active labor both times.

If you decide to go for it, drink it with a really sweet soda (like orange soda or cream soda). The carbonation and sweetness help it go down.
