But would yeast start going away when I switched her to fitteds? I mean I have her in fitteds now and it's already looking better, if it was yeast wouldn't it spread to other parts of her body? (we've never had yeast so idk!)

NO, with yeast you have to get cream. Air dry! keep diapers off. My son's skin split open it was so bad. I know it stinks having diapers off but it needs to dry out.

I think you should switch to throw aways until you can get that to go away! Because of how cloth works they are never 100% moisture free and it is probably irritating it.

That looks like something else. Could be a YI or teething rash. Diaper free time is the best remedy and you could get some baby aquaphor which is safe to use with cloth diapers.

She gets it when we use microfiber!! I have bought some other diapers that are 100% OBV and CV, but I planned on leaving her in fitteds that we have or dispoasables until they get here and it's gone. I would think if it was yeast it wouldn't go away in fitteds, which it does.
