I've never had a miscarriage so I wouldn't know.
But if you're passing big clots I'm pretty sure you should get it checked out anyway, especially if your periods aren't usually heavy.

If you saw a faint line, which would be positive, and are now experiencing this, then I would say it is very possible it could be a miscarriage. Normally bright red blood/bleeding and clots aren't a good sign. If it is in fact a miscarriage, I am very sorry for your loss.

Before I say anything, you can't delete comments made by other people...
If you didn't have a period at all in Sept and you had a positive pregnancy test, then yes... it's possible that you miscarried. If the health dept told you that you weren't pregnant, your hormone level may not have been high enough for them to detect a pregnancy.
If you're bleeding through more than one pad an hour, you need to be seen right away. If you think it's a miscarriage, you need to make sure you follow up. I'd look around for docs in your area that accept Medicaid.

i had a miscarriage and chances are if its clotty, and depending on how far you possibly could have been, if chunks come out (i was 11 weeks and chunks came out of me) you are probably having a miscarriage sorry!

your doctor wouldn't see you because you were on medicaid? that's odd. they told you, you weren't pregnant? maybe choose a different doctor.
some advice-- if you go into this making a comment about how you will be a big bad women and delete comments and such, it will most likely cause more problems for you..
