Next Period?

Ok, so according to this app on my phone, my average period is 33 days & should be coming Oct. 8th. My last 4 periods were:
May 30
July 6
August 8
September 5
According to those dates, should my period be back to every 28 days (my last cycle length) or should I go by the average & expect it monday?
