Milk makes me sick?

posted 3rd Oct
Last couple of days mike makes me want to puke, and I have no idea why this is happening and last 2 days its simply worse the thought of it makes me nauseous, the smell of the milk is weird, I feel like its is better without heating it but I am trying to be safe if I was pregnant.

I was never much of a milk lover but I was neither a hater, lately I get tooth sensitivity and I feel my teeth is getting weak, so I want to keep it safe. So I want to have milk anyway

PLEASE DON'T TELL ME THAT YOUR MIND IS TRICKING YOU INTO BELIEVING YOU ARE PREGNANT AND THAT IS WHY THIS SYMPTOM CREPT IN, POSSIBLE COULDN'T BE BECAUSE I AM NOT THAT ANXIOUS ABOUT IT, I want to be pregnant but not going crazy about it

You don't need to heat milk even if you are pregnant.
Also, not drinking milk for awhile won't make your teeth weak.
Stop drinking it if you feel sick.

I am asking what could possibly make milk sick to your body, apart from pregnancy, how can I make it better to drink

Milk is already pasteurized unless you're buying it raw from a farmers market or something.
You don't need milk to meet your calcium needs, leafy and other dark green vegetables are good sources of calcium, as are almonds.

If it makes you sick I wouldn't drink it. Take a calcium supplement and get some sensodyne for your teeth.

If you drink whole or 2%, I'd try skim. If that doesn't work, I'd lay off.

I meant I prefer staying natural, and not make this very easy

BECAUSE: if we get addicted to easy stuff our body will refuse to go natural even when needed
