re: Lower abortion limit

No, its really not. A lot of women and men are abstinent, and if you get pregnant over and over again and keeping having to have abortions I would think you would just stop having sex. Especially if birth control doesn't work for you. Abortions as birth control is disgusting.

Meh. Not my body. I don't care if a woman has 50 abortions. I don't see how it affects anyone else

They aren't babies. They are clumps of cells more akin to cancer or a parasite.

agree to disagree I guess

They are more than clumps of cells, less than a baby

I was replying more to the comment of abortions as BC in the early stages.

Yeah I'll agree to disagree because basically that's what D&D is but they are not a clump of cells like cancer or a parasite...even at 9 weeks.

I didn't say anything about the early stages.
And how are they 'less than a baby' when they survive even earlier than that?

Until that fetus is out, breathing, and living apart from the mother, it isn't a baby.

Just my opinion though. I know not everyone sees it like I do

I thinka woman should be able to get an abortion at any point during pregnancy

since i had an early and i late loss, i must say the pain is different.

you do feel different once yo have a child it is true, but its also tru that its different if you have an early m/c or a loss later on.

I can completely understand that, and I'm sorry for your losses.
I was just speaking from personal experience and saying it still hurt and it was still my baby even at only 9 weeks.

Eww.. there is no way that I want to pay for someone to have an abortion. If it's HER uterus and HER flipping choice, she can pay for it HERself.

It should be lowered..I also do not agree on terminating a pregnancy cause the baby has deformities or is "incompatiable with life"..then again I am pregnant with a baby who is terminally Ill..and I refuse to terminate..I think its selfish, but thats just my opinion..if others feel they need to then so be it

You are a strong and amazing woman!! Even if it's just a 1 percent chance, you are giving your child that chance and not taking that from him or her. At this point all you can do for the baby is give him/her that chance and make what time the baby has full of love. You are doing everything you can for him/her, I hope your baby pulls through. I was told my Faith was going to die THREE times and she is now a healthy/happy 9 month old, had I not giving her that chance, she wouldn't be here. Doctors don't have crystal balls and mircles happen everyday, I hope you get yours
