DH would never be able to get away with that.. DH works 14 hour days but still comes home asap for his 2 month old daughter. I'm sorry mama, hopefully things will get better..

That's crazy. DH would never turn his phone off...what if there's an emergency. He sounds like a real ass of a man child.

Um, you don't deserve that. Tell him to smurf off and get someone who can love and appreciate you for you. Life is too short to stay with smurfing idiots.

Seems like what I'm dealing with. But it's just my kids father. We broke up in August. And he's always gone now and doesn't care to see his child. He never helps out anymore (bc he's always gone) and my daughter is always asking for daddy. I know this sounds kind of harsh but its better as your baby is younger. They don't really realize it. I'm sorry your going through this. If you want someone to talk to feel free to PM me.

I totally understand.   I'm so sorry. This whole situation is upsetting and painful.

  I couldn't deal with that. My BF got stuck somewhere the other day (missed the last train home) and I flipped and made him pay a lot of money to get a cab home - it's just not acceptable for your partner to smurf off and leave you in the lurch.

I hate to be the one to say it, BUT is he having an affair! My other half would never turn his phone off, he is not suppose to have it in work, but he does! Also how dare he leave you alone when you yourself need support and love, its not just the child in this! I feel you pain and wish you all the luck in the world, all i can say is it worth being his mother also, you have enough to deal with without worrying about him, i feel he is being selfish and a part time dad at best, why let him stay with you if he is never then surely you would be better off on your own, less worry IE about where he is and when he is coming home. Get into a routine with you and your bubba show him what he is missing out on and hopefully he will come crawling back and if he dont he wasnt right for you or your precious lil bubba, Thinking about you xx
