Feeling so overwhelmed :(

posted 3rd Oct
This is kind of just a vent.
I'm 19 weeks and 4 days pregnant, and just had my anomaly/morphology scan yesterday.
At the doctors today he told me the results showed I have an Anterior Placenta and I should have more amniotic fluid, but because I had morning sickness so badly, my body didn't make enough fluid.
Also my baby girl is smaller than she should be
I also have a bladder infection, and still have morning sickness.
I'm just so tired and stressed now.
I just feel guilty for some reason, like I'm not doing a good enough job for my baby.
She is my whole world, and I just want her to be healthy and happy.
I also had a dream last night that my fiance died, and have been an emotional wreck all day.
End of vent, thanks for taking the time to read.

everything still makes me cough so much im sick, Try eating half the amount more times a day so you dont lose calories just eating less at each sitting works for me, i still sometimes get sick but not as often plus i havent gained pound since i found out ( i needed to lose weight anyway) so hopefully i will fit into my prepregnancy trousers not to long after giving birth (not that you should be worring about that!)

I went from 70kg at 5 weeks pregnant, to 62kg at 15 weeks pregnant, I was so sick and dehydrated.
Weighed myself today and I'm 63 kg now, even though I've been eating better.
So frustrating.
I hope you feel better soon, theres nothing worse than morning sickness, it just sucks!

Try anything peppermint, candies, gum, oils my doctor gave me some sented oils to sniff when it would hit. works wonderful. If your so dehydrated why hasn't your doctor put you in for a drip. Try eating dry toast. or anything not to grease.

Hey sweetie it's great to vent, we've all been there. Pregnancy makes your hormones race and emotions run high. I had morning sickness through my first & second trimester, but it stopped when I switched my Prenatals. If you are taking prenatal vitamins and get sick soon after, try switching to gummy prenatals. They sell them at drug stores and grocery stores.
Dehydration is awful especially when you combine it with morning sickness. I hate to say it because I know it still makes you sick, but you gotta keep drinking. Water is good, but I found I was draining all my energy being sick all the time. I started to drink Gatorade which helped regenerate my energy and gave me electrolytes. I felt a bit better drinking that than water.
I lost tons of weight in my first two trimesters, you shouldn't worry about that too much. Keep in mind, Your baby will keep growing no matter what you do, if you are losing weight it's your body that is losing it, not the baby's. It's a bit concerning to not have enough amniotic fluid and that the baby is smaller than normal, but as long as you keep going to the doctor, taking your vitamins, eating as much as you can and drinking, you are doing all you can to help your baby. I've got the exact opposite problem... My baby is growing too much and I've got too much amniotic fluid, my doctors are discussing taking my baby early because of how small I am and how big my belly is.
I hear you on the bladder infections. I had a UTI and now I have a yeast infection... like we really need more to deal with. Don't worry, they give you medicine that is safe to take and you have plenty of time to heal before the baby comes.
Most importantly, don't feel guilty. You are doing all you can if you are following your doctors instructions and trying your hardest. You are not doing anything to harm your baby. Keep positive and push through, I know it seems like forever but it really goes by fast.

An anterior placenta doesn't mean anything bad. Mine was anterior, it just means it's attached to the front of your uterus.

Drink more water and rest up. You'll be fine

I had the same issue...the did't catch the low fluid til i almost lost my baby at 36 weeks tho...its gunna be okay...they may talk of induction for the babys safety once the doctors are comfortable with her coming. They did mine at 38 weeks, and my boy was not the 4lbs they thought he was he was a nice healhty 6.8 we brought him home 2 days later at 6lbs   he was really jaundice and it took about three weeks and lots of doctors appointments and now 8 months later my boy is pretty amazing and doing fine. Try not to worry yourself too much. There isn't anything that you've done wrong to make this happen. I understand your frustrations and if you need to talk message me mama . wishing you all the best and sending you hugs!
