WIC question. do you need to report 2 jobs

do you need to report both jobs? my friend only reported one of her jobs and got WIC. they didnt check at all. but she makes a 25 an hour her other job. and she sells her WIC online. wth.

Yeah. If it's any sort of income she's comitting F-R-A-U-D...esp. selling her WIC? WTH is wrong with people.

Well idk...i dont need WIC

kicked off WIC, fines, have to pay it back, Idk about arrested but yeah it'd go on a record of sort if it was reported.

she has like 10 days to report changes in her income though. but if she's SELLING her WIC then yeah she could be in a lot of trouble for that. I think it's like 1-3 yrs of denial if she could qualify again for it.

Id be reporting her

That's terrible and she should let them know she doesn't need it so that money can go to someone else who really needs it. That is shady and I would report it too. That's messed up that she is selling them, she is in a mess of trouble.

This sort of smurf pissed me off! Report her ass immediately. Who cares if she does jail time. Smurf her and her shady ass. report her!
