Preemie stress

I have twin boys that were born at 28 weeks and I have had such a hard time with them.Leo finally came home after almost 2 months on oxygen and apnea moniters and Embry is still in the hospital and has had to have a surgery and get a coloctomy bag the poor dear has been in and out of the NICU and the PICU and th OR and its just absolutely the most stressful thing Iv ever been through. I get so overwhelmed on occasion. Does anyone have anything special they do to relieve stress???

Light candles take a bubble bath with the baby bedtime bath..it helps a lot ...i did that every night after leaving the NICU
