I just DONT get it..

I seriously just dont get my BD..
We went to court in June where he got 18 hours of visitation that I agreed on.. The judge said we had to do it around his work schedule.. Well Big ass shock he only showed up 15 hours in FOUR months and lost his job. which I think he only got so the judge didnt look at him like hes an idiot.
At our last court hearing, his lawyer wanted him to get her tues & wed 1 - 7.. Which i agreed. I think they came up with that so the judge wouldnt see the lack of visitation he did before..
The entire time at court though, his lawyer made it sound like it was MY fault and I was being unreasonable.. But its funny, I've gone OUT of MY way to accommodate him so my daughter can get to know him.. Like having visits at MY house which wasnt something we agreed on.
and BIG ass shocker, the FIRST week after court he cancels his visitation.
I'm smurfing sick of this. We've gone to court twice and I'm paying out of my own pocket for my lawyer while his dad pays for his.. AND i'm paying fully for my daughter and he was awarded ZERO dollars in child support because he "didnt have a job".. which HE quit.. Well actually, he played this "i'm injuried card" but his WHOLE story didnt make sense and I could prove it was a lie.
But nobody cared.. because he waltz in with a cane..
Its just pathetic.

I wouldn't deal with him if he doesn't want to be around people are crazy now of days. Let him keep his time and his money he's a looser. I just wouldn't want my child around someone who doesn't want to be around.
