B vitamins, ginger, sea bands (acupressure bands you wear on your wrists), anise seed, eating teeny bits of something very frequently or drinking broth (in the hopes that it does you some good before you puke it up, and to try to stop low blood sugar, which causes nausea as well), chamomile, peppermint, red raspberry leaf and ginger teas are all supposed to help...
In Canada, we have a medication called diclectin, which is a time-release formula of B6 and doxylamine (aka American Unisom). It's ridiculous expensive but it helps. In theory, you could just take B6 and Unisom...
I may or may not have smoked small amounts of weed when the nausea was too much and I needed help to eat something. No that never happened.

ETA Acupuncture, hypnosis... Hypnobabies has an Eliminate Nausea CD in their shop.

I tried everything under the sun. The only thing that helped was a hit here and there of pot. Try ginger root tea, sprite, ice, eating and drinking VERY slowly. And just take it day by day.
