I work at a health care system and we do billing for all medical equipment including the cranial helmets-but there is a huge mark up on them-we charge 3500-and most insurance only pay 1600-so we accept that as a negotiated price but it bothers me if people pay out of pocket it's full price-which really isn't fair and I don't like.
