Ugh grim

I'm 13 days post natal. I was cleaning myself down below in the shower and was curious to see if things had gone back to normal. So it feels like my insides are poking out a bit?! D: I can't really explain as i'm not a doctor. Does anyone know what I mean and will it go back up with pelvic floor exercises or do I need to see someone?
