maybe you can help!

Im 36 weeks as of today.. Cramping again with lots of pressure. I have been having sharp pains in my bottom area when i first stand up or try walking.. My hands keep falling asleep and it took forever this morning to get my left hand to fully wake up and stay awake. I have also started throwing up again but its not like from nasuea but more or less from the pain and pressure I am having. The top of my uterus stays hard and hurts as well.. Does this all sound normal or what? I go to the dr on thursday for all my blood work and pap smear and all and the nurse 2 weeks ago said we will discuss what we are going to do then which i have no clue what that means and asked her and she said like if we need to take the baby or what.. I dont see a reason why but i have contractions alot in the past 3 weeks and been back and forth to tbe hospital with them and its nothing for me to have protein in my urine.. Any input is helpful bc this pregnancy is nothing like that one with my daughter and i had her at 37 weeks and 4 days.. sorry so long!
